Harbor Country has a lot to offer! Only a 70-minute drive from Chicago, Harbor Country has a natural rural beauty, laid back atmosphere, numerous bed and breakfasts, restaurants and antique shops, and miles of white sand beaches. It is an attractive place to vacation or call home. Known as "the Hamptons of the Midwest", the area is renowned for its blend of sophisticated style and country charm and provides wonderful sporting, gardening, contemplative and cultural activities.

There is such variety of terrain and geography that there are unlimited housing opportunities. Along the shoreline of Lake Michigan are grand beachfront mansions as well as quaint cottages.
